Be part of a community of people who share your interests in adventure and athletic pursuit. Each of you will be supporting my pursuit of challenging myself, reaching for new goals, and sharing the experience with others to encourage everyone to take on their own challenges. Participate in the comments section, or support this work with a subscription. I started as an endurance athlete in competitive cycling as a teenager before joining the military in my early 20’s. This led me to spending time in many places around the world over the last 15 years. I’ve taken on new challenges and believe that is a key to continued growth throughout life. I have dabbled in crossfit, brazilian jiu jitsu, and enjoy exploring the outdoors. The desire to seek new challenges has led me to exploring ultra running for the first time in my life as I get ready to turn 38. Here I will share my honest, unfiltered opinion and thoughts throughout my adventuring and pursuit of personal challenges.

What might I write about?

I plan to provide insight into how I plan to structure my training and weekly updates on my experiences, feelings, and thoughts during training. I plan to share event preparation and gear choice followed by post event review/rollups. I may also write about other adventures, gear, and more. I do not plan to write about world events, politics, religion or any other rants. I would love to hear feedback through comments from any readers!
